Notary Services

Notary Public & Signing Agent

RW Bookkeeping & Notary PLLC provides fast, accurate, and convenient notary services in Spokane Valley and the surrounding area. As a commissioned Notary Public, I notarize the documents that matter most — business forms, oaths, marriage license applications, deeds, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.

I am a licensed Remote Online Notary, so I also offer remote online notarization (RON) alongside mobile notary service (I come to you) — notarize from home, the office, or anywhere. As a Notary Signing Agent, I handle loan and real-estate signings. Every appointment is tailored to your needs at a competitive, up-front price.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a notary cost?

I'll confirm the full cost with you before the appointment. Standard notarial acts follow Washington's notary fee schedule; mobile visits may include a travel fee, agreed on in advance.

Do you travel to me?

Yes — I offer mobile notary service in the Spokane Valley area, coming to your home, office, or another convenient location. A travel fee may apply and is agreed on beforehand.

What is remote online notarization (RON)?

RON lets you get documents notarized over a secure video call instead of meeting in person — convenient when you can't travel or need something notarized quickly. I offer RON by appointment.

What should I bring?

Bring the unsigned document(s) and a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport). Please don't sign beforehand — many notarial acts require you to sign in front of me.

Need something notarized?

In-person, mobile, or remote online — call 509-720-8452 or send a request.
